Ownership Statement

The website markitmall.com and the MarkitMall mobile app (together, the "Platform") are a product of, and are owned and operated by, Code Scrapper, a software house registered in Pakistan (IT software, mobile app and website development) owned by Mehtab Kazmi.

Code Scrapper is based in Pakistan. Its registered address is 3, Street, Road, Lahore, Pakistan, and it operates from 292 Eden Residencia, College Road, Lahore, Pakistan. It has no registered office outside Pakistan.

• •MarkitMall is an online marketplace for Pakistan. Independent, identity-verified stores list and sell their own products on it.
• •Code Scrapper runs the Platform, holds sellers' stock in MarkitMall warehouses, arranges delivery through courier partners, and provides customer support.
• •Every store on MarkitMall is opened by a seller who has completed identity verification (KYC) with a valid CNIC. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.

• •Payments made on the Platform — online payments and cash collected on delivery — are received by Code Scrapper, which pays each store its share after the order is delivered and the return window has closed.
• •Online card, bank and mobile-wallet payments are processed by Safepay, our payment gateway. Card details are entered on Safepay's secure page and are never stored by us.
• •Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes are handled by Code Scrapper under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and Complaints Policy.

• •The MarkitMall name, logo and the design and content of the Platform belong to Code Scrapper.
• •Product photographs and descriptions are provided by the store that lists the product. Sellers confirm when they list a product that they own it, or have the right to sell it and to use its images.
• •If you believe a listing uses your trademark, copyright or images without permission, email support@markitmall.com with the product link and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
